Because our products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner (Printful), we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind. Please review sizing charts carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a print error, we will replace or refund it at no cost to you. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
We will review your claim and, if approved, send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Wrong Item Received If you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
Lost Packages If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us within 30 days so we can investigate with the carrier.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items without defects or errors
- Items returned without prior authorization
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
